What's a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)?
A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a tax-incentivized investment account where you can deposit cash and non-cash assets that are reserved for charitable giving. DAFs are popular among individual donors because of the ease of administration and potential tax savings.
Your funds get invested and money generated from the account is donated to designated nonprofit recipients such as Friends of Bonobos.
DAFs are managed by a sponsoring organization, such as a community foundation or financial institution. The sponsoring organization legally controls the contributed funds but you can advise where you want the funds to go.

Learn more about DAFs from National Philanthropic Trust, Fidelity, and other online sources or consult your financial advisor.
